Baby Care Training

We had to attend a baby care training at the hospital tonight. It was part of our requirment for the adoption. Us mommies just got to sit back and watch the dads dress, diaper, feed, burp, etc. the babies (dolls). They went over what the babies would look like, what would be done to them after birth, and how to care for their umbilical cord/belly button. We also got lots of goodies! We got twice as much as everyone else since we are having two babies. That's only fair, right? We thought so anyway! One lady asked what year we were having twins because there was no way two babies were in my tummy. LOL! That was just hilarious! She didn't realize that we were adopting. We were the only non pregnant couple in the room. It was kinda strange in a way. We are now trained, CPR certified, homestudy approved, DFCS cleared, and probably anything else you want to add. Bring on the babies!!
